Because every natural sheepskin is unique in color, shape, texture, and markings, we encourage you to review all photographs, measurements, and product details carefully before ordering. Returns are accepted on eligible items when the requirements below are followed.

All products ship FREE to all states in the USA. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is only $10.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return policy on new, unused items only. Seven days is more than ample time to receive and inspect your sheepskin.
To initiate a return:
- Email us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know you’d like to make a return or exchange.
- Ship your item back within 7 days of your return request. There will be no exceptions and all returns outside this period will be refused.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please ensure your sheepskin is returned in its original packaging, neatly folded with the fur side out, and with the original silica packet included to protect it from moisture during transit. Do not ship your sheepskin back without the original 10 gram silica packet that was included with your sheepskin.
Return Limits
Customers are allowed up to 3 single product returns per calendar year. Once 3 single product returns have been made, any additional returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee per item returned.
The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Discounted, sale, and clearance items
- Custom orders
- Used items
- Items returns initiated after 7 days of receipt
