Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges have no restocking fee for a product of equal or higher value. Email us within 3 days of receiving your sheepskin, letting us know you’d like to make an exchange.
Returns have a 15% restocking fee. You must email us within 3 days of receiving your sheepskin, letting us know you’d like to make a return.
Customer is responsible for return shipping back to us. Returns and exchanges must be shipped within 7 days of return request authorization in it’s original packaging, neatly folded with fur side out and with silica that was originally included to prevent the sheepskin from becoming damaged by moisture.
