First of all, I need to highlight the AMAZING customer service skills from Jillian! I’ve never encountered a shop with better customer service! Jillian replied to all my inquiries in less than 5 hours, on separate occasions and is just so sweet/reasonable. Also, she shipped the day of! Secondly, OMG THE RUG. It is ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING. I had the privilege of ordering three rugs in the past month – a Flotaki one, an Australian sheepskin one, and this one. The difference of quality, softness, density, and luxury of this one compared to the other two is LEAPS AND BOUNDS. The fur is like silk between your fingers. My hand just sinks in. The tanned skin on the back is pristine white, so it looks good flipped too! It’s huge and just as described. If you have any doubts – don’t! You’ll love your rug! I can’t stop touching it!!
